Signs and symptoms of Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma symptoms or no signs until, after exposure to asbestos are 20 or more. Common signs and symptoms initially affecting pleural mesothelioma patients are as follows :
  • Chest wall pain
  • Pleural effusion, or fluid surrounding the lung
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue or anemia
  • Wheezing, hoarseness, or cough
Mesothelioma Cancer
Whereas in severe cases of the disease, possible signs and symptoms of the following may be present:
  • Blood clots in the veins, which may cause Thrombophlebitis
  • Disseminated intravascular coagulation, 
  • disorder causing severe bleeding in many body organs
  • Jaundice, or yellowing of the eyes and skin,
  • low sugar levels in the blood
  • pleural effusion
  • Pulmonary embolism, or blood clots in the arteries of the lungs
  • severe ascite 
      Mesothelioma does not usually spread to the bone, brain, or adre
